I build AI systems that help oncologists make better treatment decisions — and I've spent 19 years turning cutting-edge computational biology into clinical-grade platforms that doctors depend on.
As Senior Director of Engineering at Cellworks, I lead the engineering behind the Singula™ precision-oncology platforms — architecting the workflows and cloud infrastructure that turn a genome-scale biosimulation engine (the Computational Omics Biology Model: 6,000+ genes, 30,000+ molecular species, 600,000+ interactions) into clinically deployable products, and directing cross-functional teams across computational biology, AI/ML, and cloud to get there.
My work lives at the intersection of three worlds most people keep separate:
Agentic AI orchestration, RAG pipelines, fine-tuned oncology LLMs (LoRA/QLoRA), knowledge-graph grounding & hallucination mitigation to clinical evidential standards.
HIPAA-compliant AWS platforms (EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda) running millions of concurrent biosimulations on thousands of patient genomes.
CLIA, ISO 13485, FDA audit readiness & validated SDLC, plus forward-deployed delivery inside hospital EHR environments.
